FSIFF Honors 'Susan' with Best Feature Documentary

What an incredible journey for Susan! Adding to an already exciting festival run, the documentary was just awarded Best Feature Documentary at the renowned Fort Smith International Film Festival. 🎉

The hand-sculpted award was created in memory of a naturalist filmmaker who passed away while directing a documentary on snapping turtles.

The momentum doesn’t stop there—Susan has also been named a finalist for the ReelAbilities Film Festival in New York, a prestigious festival that celebrates disability inclusion in film on and off screen.
